BREAD BAKING CLASS

Join us for an informative class where you will learn:

  • Basics behind feeding and using a sourdough starter

  • Full process of baking sourdough bread at home, using the no-knead method

 

You will go home with:

  • A loaf of bread

  • Sourdough Starter

  • Dough Scraper

  • 1lb of Janie’s Mill AP Flour

 

October 10th and October 17th classes are from 6 to 7:30.

Lattice Apple Pie Class

In this class you will learn:

  • Basics pie dough and creating a lattice crust

  • Perfecting the pie filling

  • Baking pies at home, beginning to end

 

You will go home with:​

  • Dough Scraper / Bench Knife

  • One pie

  • 1.5 lb of Janie’s Mill Cornmeal

 

This class is from 6 to 7:30.
