Class Includes:

• How to make pasta dough by hand

• How to make pasta sauce from scratch

• How to make the following pasta shapes:

  • Fettucine / Pappardelle

  • Cavatelli

  • Orchiette

  • Ravioili

  • Tortellini

• You will take home the dough recipe and the sauce recipe. As well as a quart of your own sauce, a pasta board, and a bench scraper.

All classes are from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.
